Decent Stay with Noticeable Issues

The absence of air conditioning was a significant problem. The room became uncomfortably hot, impacting sleep quality. I found the standard of cleanliness lacking. There was mold in the bathroom curtain. I also noticed worn furnishings which detracted from the overall experience

Excellent Experience Close to Attractions

The location offered direct access to the park (very positive). We enjoyed the convenience of entering and exiting without any waiting. My children appreciated Nintendo game consoles in the hotel. They were available for free. I found many Lego building opportunities within the hotel (a real plus!).
I noticed the soundproofing in my room was not adequate (a real issue). Noise from the corridor and adjacent rooms was audible. This made it difficult to relax in the evenings.

The staff seemed happy and helpful, giving the impression that every day is their best. The reception service was great (very attentive).

My colorful room had ample space. The bed proved quite comfortable. The bathroom was super clean and well kept. A tub of Lego bricks was included, offering a good play option.

The proximity to the airport is advantageous, with buses running frequently. Check-in was quick and efficient, leading straight to the room. Legoland and the Lego House are easily accessible. This makes planning day trips simple.

i was frustrated by the room i had it really needed an upgrade the toilets looked straight from the 80s at this price it's unacceptable it reminded me of a motel the play areas also disappointed there were lots of gaming rooms but few options for kids to play outside. breakfast was mediocre most items were cold and dry i won't stay here again it is really poor value for money

The hotel had stations with Legos around. My kids enjoyed them. There was a direct bridge to the park. Breakfast offered a good choice of food. It made everyone happy.
The room seemed basic. There was no safe for valuables. I ordered a birthday package. The staff forgot a present.
